Tada-asana steps and benefits - The Mountain Pose

Tada in Sanskrit means mountain. this pose Also known as Samastiasana. meaning that it does not move by itself, balance, sthiti means to stand upright or steadfast, resident, resident, thus samasthiti means to be firm without moving.

Guideline:
