When To Practice:
Take time out of the day to enjoy practicing yoga. Dawn and dusk are Considered the best time to practice yoga with sunrise and sunset. We charge our body with special energy. However, if these times are not possible for Exercise then choose a time of day that works best for you. If you want to prepare your body and mind for today, practice in the morning, Recharge your body with positive energy. In the morning or in cold weather, Your muscles will get stiff, so try to get your posture right the first time. If you want to relax and focus after a busy day, practice in the evening. In the evening, your body will become more flexible, allowing you to take deeper poses.
Place to practice:
Find a place with the least amount of disturbance. This is your room, garden or An indoor or outdoor beach with a flat, flat surface. If you exercise indoors, make sure the room is ventilated and comfortable. It is not recommended to use an air-conditioned room if the room is cold.
The body stiffens and the muscles stretch slowly. Clean environment and fresh air are the benefits of breathing exercises. Make sure you have enough room to move around and slide.
Loose arms and legs. Turn off the phone and put a note on the door. Take time for yourself. This is your time.
Eating and Drinking:
Never exercise right after eating. Yoga should be done on an empty stomach. Therefore, eat at least 1 hour after snacking and 2-3 hours after overeating. You start your practice. It is best to drink before and after a yoga session to stay hydrated. Do not drink water during practice to avoid focusing on yoga posture and breathing. However, if you exercise in the morning, drink at least a cup of warm water before exercise or practice, or a light snack (fruit or yogurt). After practice, eat right breakfast.
What to wear:
Wear comfortable, lightweight and loose-fitting clothing made from natural fibers. your clothes movement should not be restricted. Remove jewelry, watches and glasses. Yoga is performed barefoot.
Things that you need:
Buy a yoga mat. It provides padding as well as a non-slip surface and makes practice easier and safer. You can find it in all sports shops. No one should use your rug. This is not only for sanitary reasons. Over time, energy builds up in the mat, which helps while practicing yoga. You can even get a pillow and blanket to make your meditation more comfortable.
At the end of the session, you want to cover up by resting in a corpse position. You can play relaxing, soft music in the background if you want. It's not too noisy.
How to practice:
